These folks were a pleasure to work with. They were highly professional and walked, very patiently I might add, my wife and me through the whole process, including the insurance. There were no hidden costs and we knew what to expect every step of the way. The guys installing the roof were on time, diligent and highly experienced. I waited two years to be approved for a new roof. I answered my front door many times to be told other companies could get me a new roof. I quit talking to anybody that promised me a roof. Then I answered the door and a young man stood there and said he was with Guardian Roofing Pros. He was very polite and listened to my story. Eventually I finished and he told me he could make no promises but he would try. Chris Brown is his name, and we are so glad he rang the doorbell. This company took care of everything with my insurance, and explained everything step by step. I will recommend Chris and this company to anyone. Top notch. Rob Platt Longview Texas

Chris Brown was our contact/project manager and I could not say enough about his professionalism and knowledge, he was here throughout every step to assure it went seamless, not limited but to include insurance, product selection, and installation, we also had help and continued contact with Rick and Giff, everyone was so professional . We had also went to there office and met with Lauren which I believe she had exempliary knowledge of it all and making sure the administrative part went seamless. Definitely use Guardian Roofing Pros for all your roofing needs, you will not only have a seamless experience, you will be a part of the family.
